This hybrid farm and resort hotel is designed so that the rooms or “living pods” are scattered throughout a 100 acre, lakefront site in Sullivan County. In addition to a working farm, a series of modern barns – event space, pool house, greenhouse and market are designed as added amenities for the guests. Construction to begin fall of 2017.
