The one-story manufacturing building, with it’s unique T-shape configuration, is now converted to house thread's Hudson office, personal workspaces, art studios, retail spaces, and a project gallery. The building and site are a growing experience, with love and attention transforming the space over-time. Future plans for the building are a brick paved public courtyard and garden along Ann Street, a live wall along the City Parking lot for bee habitat, a project room for exhibits and community gatherings, and pop-up retail in the warm summer months.
