HELP Houses at Van Dyke Green is a sustainable, 180 unit, low income residential building composed of three integrated towers, one that “pinwheels” upon itself to create a compact footprint and to define front and rear courtyards. Ground floor public spaces and community facilities, including a 8,000 sf day care center, are integrated into landscape to promote social interaction and active design. in collaboration with HelpUSA and Kramer Marks.
